    An ancient Chinese practice designed to exercise mind, body and spirit. This form of Martial Arts is excellent for balance and flexibility. It is not competitive. Tai Chi is done for oneself and ones benefits in health, pleasure and tranquility. This involves learning the Yang short Form; soft, slow, flowing continuous movement. Begin with Temple Exercises, created centuries ago in China by the monks to keep themselves healthy. It is a whole series to gently move and relax the body from top to toe, involving many different movements with minimal repetitions. These exercises help in learning the Form and enhance balance. Instructor Dee Coughtry has years of experience teaching Tai Chi and only has two rules: 1) No perfumes or scents 2) Relax and enjoy Beginners are welcome!
